That 300 rep thing!!! WTF!! I have never heard a more brutal circuit in my life, 25 pull ups (wish it said if they were long or short arm) followed by 50 push-ups! Not a leg excercise in between?? I would'nt even be able to get through the first 2 excercises! I'd love to know what the rep numbers were on day 1.
He says the rower was the most effective tool? I hate the bloody thing! I always get uncoordinated after a while! My ass moves before it should etc!
