Just out of curiosity...
In the usercp edit signature screen the settings listed are 500 x 100 or 19.5 kb, whichever is smaller.
In the first post by Bull they are listed at 600 x 150, no file size listed. Which is the correct setting?

Here's one resized down a little. If they are smaller I can retain some of the quality without the file size getting too big.
First, save the image to your hard drive by right clicking it and choosing "save image as", then selecting a location where it is easy to find, like your desktop. Then upload it into a imagehosting account, like at photobucket.com. Once it is uploaded there, there will be a group of lines underneath the pic. Left click the one that says IMG code and it will display "copied". Go into the usercp, select edit signature on the left, and paste the IMG code into the box that says Edit Signature. Then you're all set.
