We have about 130 permanent bans and currently 1 temporary ban.
We are strict but fair.

IPs are probably the best indication, if something is "fishy".

i got banned from a site once cause i had a disagreement with a mod.
the funny thing was i had proof of my case and he banned me when i posted it.
so i rejoined the site with a funny name and i got banned before i could post anything.
my original name was jdmcivicman, after the ban i signed up with jdmcivicman is right.
it was funny. i'm still bitter over it.
the mod was a cop and he said something was illegal so i told him it was not (which is right) after we went back and forth a few times, then i found the law in the vehicle code and posted it. 10 mins later i was banned.
it was pretty funny
anyway i felt i had to contribute to this thread
