Avatars

How can an avatar be added? When I am working on my profile and go to the avatar section, the only available option is "do not use an avatar". Please explain to me how the thing is working.

Thanks for pointing this out Bull. Permissions have been fixed so everyone should now be able to upload avatars =) If the file size is inadequate let me know and I will up it a bit.
