I want to keep my list very short, because I don't think it does any good to name six or seven guys. Bomber and Pitbull. Although, is it just me or has Bomber been around a lot less in the past few weeks? Maybe he's just been posting in threads I don't follow as closely.

i vote for pitbull, too. the gay has proven time and again what is right with the world and carries himself with the utmost courtesy and respect form himself, others, and this forum.

i would also support bomber, but only if he signed a waiver promising not to ban me and and mtkrav as soon as he learned the handshake. where is bomber?

is it a paying job? what benefits are there? who is the actual boss?

Okay, for starters, don't bring Pitbull's sexual preference into this.

For your last three questions, I happen to know that it's a six figure salary and comes complete with a helicopter, a submarine, and front row tickets to every MMA event in the world. Beyond that, there are no benefits. As for who the actual boss is, did you ever watch The Prisoner?

For some reason it occurred to me last night while I was writing an essay that it makes perfect sense to be a less frequent poster once you're a mod. It's like hanging out at your favourite bar every night, and then getting a job there. Once you HAVE to be there, and you have to deal with everyone else's crap, you're going to be a lot less likely to hang out there on your free time.

Absolutely correct!!! Don't get me wrong, I have never been a prolific poster anywhere, but once I became a mod, its definitely cut down on my posting amount. At the site where I am an admin/super mod, I almost never post anymore, rather I tend to take care of the "running" of the site moreso.

BTW, the new mod does not start off with the 6 figure salary. Rather, the rookie starts by having to wash the executive bathroom (stay out of there after angryjonny has despoiled it
