FF is looking for a few good Moderators!
FightForum is looking to add atleast 2 new moderators to our staff. As we continue to grow, there is greater need to uphold our standards as the most intelligent fight discussion community on the internet.
In order to accomplish our goals, we must hold our moderators to even higher standards. While we have some potential canidates in mind, we always leave the opportunity open for our members to step up the the plate and show their interest.
Let me first say that being a moderator is a lot more work than wearing a little "Staff" icon under your name. Keeping a forum running smoothly can be stressful, especially trying to settle debates, moving threads, removing spam, and being constantly PM'ed by people asking why they were warned or banned.
That being said, if you are intested in being a moderator for FightForum, please PM me with a brief summary of why you would make a great FF Moderator. All moderator requests will be made public to the entire staff, at which point we will nominate who ever we feel would make the best addition to the Staff.
Keep in mind that we will review your entire post history on FightForum. We will determine if you conducted yourself in a fair and unbiased manner. We will look at how well your posts are written, and how considerate they are of other members. There are many other factors and it may take weeks before we make any decisions.

Whereas I'll just enjoy being a jackass and being reprimanded every once in a while.

Yeah, so my client Pitbull has already been offered a similar job at a bunch of other sites for some serious cash money. He says money isn't the most important thing though and he feels like FF is his home, but I'm telling you that you CANNOT afford letting this dude be signed by someone else.
