Default Stretching for JJ

i need to get more limber for JJ classes but what are some good ones? thanks in advance!

Would try to explain all the stretches that I do at our Fight House, but would take up several pages... Would google it so you can see examples. Should have stuff to extent of neck rolls, and things of that nature.

Do some yoga. You don't have to stick with yoga for too long but i guarentee you if you do some yoga stretches before you train or just for the hell of it every day you'll be more flexible in no time.
