i like the subs that are more power than technique, like Jeff Monson subbing Fujita and Hinkle. neither sub could be considered highly technical but both required incredible strength to apply and finish.

Arm Bar from back mount.... I like getting someones back work my hooks in or get a body triangle... then bait them with a RnC (which everyone thinks is coming) the BOOM! i post my free hand on the side of their head... push it hard to my far leg and swing it over the head... then cross my legs sqeeze my knees and hip up... they will be tapping before they knew what hit them... and if they know its coming and try to block ... RnC them!

I'm just gonna go ahead and bring this thread back....
Adding to my previous favorites///
Anaconda chokes rule
In Gi BJJ, I'm also a big fan of the clock choke while your opponent is in the turtle position. They are usually so predisposed with waiting for you to move for their back so they can roll that it comes pretty easily.

Armbar. So simple, so effective, so many ways to get there.
Triangles are fun, but that's mainly because I don't have a chance to do them very often.
