Yeah no crap. That choke will be harder to set up if you can't throw any knees. Still possible to get though.

Well one technique I have seen using no knees is to kick your feet up so you are almost vertical then as you come back down shove your hand up under the body to grasp your other arm. Then with the momentum of your body you duck you head in to his side as close to your arms as possible and roll. I find this difficult to do myself but one of my training partner(well until he moved away on me) is very adept at applying this choke.
