Ok... Immediately get your outside hand on his wrist to alleviate the pressure of the choke, gotta protect ya neck! Grab across his far side shoulder with your other hand, and move around to that side. You always want to move to the opposite side of the choke. From there, use your legs to trap his knee and drive him backwards, forcing him to his back, with you in side control. You're generally out of danger here, but there is still a chance, if his grip is deep enough, that he can hold on. If he's still holding on and you can't pull out of it, move around to north-south position, with your hand closest to his head moving under his far side armpit. From there, drive foward towards his feet, using your hand in his armpit as a knife edge, rolling it foward, making it extremely uncomfortable for him, until his grip fails. This leaves you in the perfect position for a Kimura from north-south too. Basically, don't let him pull you into his guard!! There are guillotine defenses from the guard, but he's much more likely to finish you from his guard than if you end up in side control. Hope this helps!!

It is not about putting something into your body and walking around with big muscles saying look at me. In my book if you are on steroids you are a loser."
