Capoeira Elements
I thought of this last night while watching The Protector, which happens to be the only movie I've ever seen which not only featured REAL Muay Thai (ie, limbs breaking), but also has a fight scene between the Muay Thai main character, and a Capoeira expert.
I was wondering what all elements of "dance fighting", aside from overall speed and flexibility, have made their way into current MMA?
