Default Knee Pad Question?

Hum little question here for you. I know some of you don't use that. But damn, now it's hurting a lot. So I want to buy Knee Pad. But we have so many model. Whitch one is good.

Because I see mma model, Handball model. What do you prefer?

Honestly... Knee Pads can work against you with more advanced players with moves like the lock down or sweeps from the open guard. I know it sucks but in 3 or 4 months your knees will be so callused over you will never feel again.

I remember when i first started wrestling our coach would have us drill a 500 take downs a night to get our knees callused over. It sucked and i thought about quiting a lot but now i am glad i did it.
