There is actually a series of 10, although i could'nt find #1. I only posted a few, but Yotube has alot of good Karo stuff.

Actually they just call in the assistance of Jimmy Pedro, at least thats what Thiago Alves did twelve weeks out from his fight with Karo.

that didnt help alves at all. karo still took him down. what happened was that karo just got too comfortable striking with him
