I like the first video, becaus its not an orthodox BJJ armbar. Frank Shamrock does a similar set up for the armbar where he reaches under like that, only shamrock reaches for the leg, flips the guy over and lands into the armbar.

I've said this before so I'm kind of a broken record, but Mark Coleman says Fedor's so dominant for two main reasons.

1) He's got the quickest, most flexible hips of any HW in MMA. He can transition and reverse stuff like a lightweight.

2) He's the only guy Coleman's fought who can hit every bit as hard on the ground as he can standing up.

I wonder what training techniques he uses to get that? Supposedly his weights routine is designed around mma movements rather than traditional use of weights (whatever that means).
