I just saw this video a lil while ago......I never saw that one before.

ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.
It looks like there are some easy things you could do to escape it but against most people you probably could choke them out pretty good with it.

GoGoPlata and triangle from rubber gaurd or armbars from anywhere... I'm always going for the armbar... I've been trained to only work 3 submission until I get them perfect and land them with a good percentage. Don't get me wrong... If I get a back mount I will go for the choke or spin lock, If a submission presents it's self I will go for it, but when I'm seting up a submission I keep it to my 3 favorites for now. I'm only a 3 stripe white belt in BBJ. I hope to get my blue belt this summer.

Triangle choke and side arm-bar because if you roll around enough, you can usually catch most people in a different variation of those moves easily.

Triangle choke and Guillotine from guard are two of my favs. They both work equally as well gi or no gi, and they go on TIGHT when proper technique is used.
