yes man my armbars take alot to be desired, pretty poor,i love the triangle choke, although one of my altime faves is the recumbant ankle drop, non realistic but cool to look at.

i like the sweeps used in BJJ, they interest me more than any of the submissions. when it comes to whats important on the ground i have to say its the ability to transition from position to position. yeah, its possible to fight from your back but i prefer GnP so being on top is rather important.

ever tried the indian deathlock?
I'm going to quickly look up the indian death lock to find out if I did it, but if it requires a blue-belt's knowledge, I'm going to say no.

I agree.
I often let the guy pass to half-guard just so I can sweep him. I'm also good at then passing the half-guard myself and even getting mount.

Yeah sweeps are cool and very important for defence..........RNC's are pretty easy to defend all you have to do is pretty much keep your arm in the way.

The guillotine. I find it amazing the amount of fighters that still underestimate it. It is a deadly technique, I think Renzo Gracie once called it the easiest way to win a fight. Awhile ago, when Bas Rutten's Anacondas fought The Sabres in IFL, Bas' team had a five win sweep, three of those wins being by the guillotine!
My favorite way to land it is to press your opponent's back against the cage and then put it in. People don't seem to fear the guillotine when the fight is standing, as it is hard to get it on until you wrap your legs around the guy, but when you have the cage to keep his hips in position, the choke is very tight, ESPECIALLY if you have a good height advantage over your opponent.

I'd just try to pull them into a gator-roll if you don't have the arm strengh to get the guillotine locked without using your legs.
