I don't train myself, but I would like to one day. I come across videos all the time that make me want to get out there and start training even more. For those of you that train, perhaps you'll find this video useful. The technique involved is just amazing to me.

They always warn about giving your back to dish out a judo throw, but that would probably take most by surprise. Obviously it has to be fast.


I think I'll give Karo's "Judo for MMA"-set a deeper look at some point.
