Favorite combo/ most effective
I have a few favorite combos, they are usually my most effective. That's what is great about Muay Thai so many options. : )
My favorite combo- right jab, left cross, left push kick, right head kick
Most effective- right inside leg kick, left body kick, (angle out left) right hook elbow, left hook.
This is from a southpaw fighter.
what are some of yours?

TICL, do you actually have any training or legitimate background in kickboxing, or do you just make bizarre comments like this on the internet? I noticed in that Alex kid's thread with the home videos of his fights with his buddies, you were making a lot of recommendations about skills and techniques, and I'm not sure you know what you're talking about. Am I wrong?

The kicks in a row, help you get closer to your opponent in ordr for you to fire off the elbows and knees, as well as a quick uppercut. If you want me to show you how effective it really is I train at AKA in San Jose, maybe we can work something out. LOL

granted a spinning back kick is good, if you can get it off qick. Due to leaving your back exposed you do not really have any other opportunities to fire off anymore shots. You cant do a spinning back kick and move into elbows cause your distance is too great and you can't move in with punches cause after the kick the oppoonent is either hit or moved backwards.

Its called the last hit of the combo ya reesh, but 2 or 3 leg kicks in a row isnt a combo and thats all I was trying to say.

That would be an inside joke between TICL and his mom. Not that you'll be hearing it anymore...I guess he got banned for posting spoilers? I think maybe we should keep reesh alive in his honor. Anybody know for sure why he got banned?

Oh, and about combos:
When I train, I usually mix it up as much as I can. My goal is to be able to flow into any combo I feel I need at any given time. I don't want to be conscious of a certain combo that I like to do and prepare that combo for any opponent. The one combo I've probably repeated in shadowboxing and on the bag more than any other is a rear leg push kick and then a lead hook followed by a straight. I also focus on combos that end with a leg kick, as I feel that's one of my more powerful attacks.

Yeah, TICL went down for spoilers. But woah -- I didn't notice xBrawlerx ate it too. There certainly is a body count today.

My favorite is a left jab, right straight, right head kick.
Or Left hook, Right Straight
Or Right uppercut, left hook, left hook
By the way how long is someone banned for a spoiler?

Inside Leg Check Kick, followed by a fade right overhand, followed by an outside cut round-house kick to the same leg I inside checked

Double jab, straight, hook, hook, hook to body, uppercut, spinning elbow, clinch, knee, knee, knee, Osoto Otoshi throw, full mount, elbow to face, keylock.
I land this all the time in training.

I guess I'm just simple. Here goes. L to body R to body, spinning hook with right heal to back of the head and R hand back fist to the lower jaw simultaneously, left elbow cover and circle out.
I like it because it is hard to read and it comes from deep inside with lots of power. Effective against a fighter who likes to keep you tied up.

My fave combo is also my most effective.
Step in Left Jab, Right Cross, left hook to body, left shovel hook to the chin, fient right cross, left jab, back step and reset
left jab, feint right cross, left jab, left front kick to stomach, left straight, right cross, right low kick to opponent's left knee side, (leads to southpaw) flicker jab/backfist
i like mixing feints. anything with feints is extremly effective....but only after you've landed a few counters or at least a few significant shots.
