Knees to the body of a downed opponent aren't illegal.
Anyway, that was enough for me.

Stick with wrestling. You are still raw in the sport. Stay off of your knees when you shoot- you know that. Both of yall should tuck your chin in. And next time yall fight fake the shot and come up with a hard right-b/c he drops his hands when you shoot in. After you graduate HS you will be pretty good. I have to go train now.

They're not IN the sport. They have no connection to the sport. They're a couple of yokels roughhousing in the back yard. Don't insult the sport by suggesting these guys have anything to do with it.

Keep in mind as well that fighters at sanctioned events have to pass a thorough physical exam, so a doctor can verify that there's nothing wrong with them going into the fight that could put them in additional danger. Maybe someone's got temporary low blood pressure and is prime to get extra messed up if he gets choked out. But oh no -- that won't happen, because you clods watch the UFC all the time, and you're experts on what to do if someone gets choked out and won't wake up.
Or look at that Alex kid who posted videos in this section of his kickboxing matches with his friends. They're fighting in the backyard, steps away from some metal trellis thing.
Fighting belongs in the ring, organized and staffed by trained professionals. I'm gonna come right out and say it -- everyone who takes part in this kind of crap IS AN IDIOT. Straight up.
When kids start going to the hospital wearing MMA gloves and sprawl shorts, it's just giving critics of the sport more evidence to attack it with. Thanks.

I completely agree, one of these stupid kids is going to kill one of their friends and it's going to be blast all over the media about how this is MMA's fault and it's promoters for marketing MMA as a safe sport. It is completely safe when followed by the rules that the pioneers of MMA and the athletic commisions have established for fighters safety.

Thats what happened alot of them fight like I got really neverous and was just feeling weird standing Normally when i "train" i look alot better ask the guy that bosted this video. IDK i just am really weird about things. I would love to get fromal training though no doubt and I am currently in the process of begging my parents every day. So pray or meditate or write down or do w/e you do and wish for me. So you want have to see any more bad fights put on here.
I just wanted to wrestle the whole timefor some reason.
Although i will promise the next one you see by me will be more entertaining even if i get knocked out.
Hey and i watch my fights over and over and compare it to other things and look up different techniques for striking, sudmission etc. to try and catch what i do wrong it isnt great but it is better than rolling around and not watching it to see mistakes.

Without a teacher, proper training, and good opponents, you are going to get hurt. Itīs only a matter of time. You canīt learn MMA from watching yourself fight. I say, stick to wrestling, try to put on some pounds. You can get into MMA later, when you get a job and can afford a proper school.

I agree with most things said but I also feel every fighter don't start out were they wish and hope. Alot go through stuff like this at a young age ive seen this back yard stuff since I was in 6th grade and im now 25.
No need to hate on them. If shi! happens then they learn untill then they are gonna keep doing it.

eh Sitspin I agree with what your saying, but too back myself up in the fights we posted none of us were trying too actually go for a knockout. We all had mouthguards in wore 16 ounce gloves and leg guards not too mention we never used our full strength for any of our attacks.
There just a bunch of kids having fun and thats alright, its mostly a new trend now lots of kids love too just fight its been around for a long time. Sure someone might get a broken nose or arm but thats there fault. Im not going too back them up Im just looking after myself and my friends. Ive done alot of training although Ive been extremely lazy with it. If i was in that backyard and I saw one of my buddies in a bad position we would stop the fight right away we wouldnt stand there going "OH MAN HES GONNA BLACK OUT", while our friend is getting choked, no thats just not how we do it.
I dont know about the other kids but if your a good friend then you wouldnt try too knockout your friend or choke him out. Like I said im not going too defend them but Im not an idiot neither are my friends, I just want too reinforce that.

No that was a good little fight there. Two kids with the balls to fight. I liked it. I give it to the brown haired kid just because he finished so strong and the other kid was running at the end. Both did pretty good. Fighting is good for boys, it helps make them tough, theres no harm in this.

I agree with Alex, none of us want to actually hurt each other, and none of us are gonna sit there and let someone black out or something.

I agree, you shouldn't be rolling around unless your on a mat, in a ring, or cage.
My suggestion is to get the basics of BJJ before you even try to stand up and throw strikes.

Oh, btw, standard Ju-Jitsu scoring is:
Takedown into opponents guard- 2pts.
Takedown pass your opponents guard- 3pts.
Knee Mount- 3pts.
Sweep from your guard- 3pts.
Mount- 4 pts.
Rear Mount- 4pts.
Stalling- 2pts. to your opponent
Passiveness- 2pts. to your opponent
I'd suggest to use this type of scoring as apposed to a 30pt. scale... I'd also use open hand to the face and closed to the body... It's much safer.
