I am starting to like this guy more and more. He looked so freaking bad at Final Elimination. Not just because he beat up Goodridge but he looked so quick and pretty much everything he threw was landing. He demolished Gary with the leg kicks and had him limping around. It was pretty brutal. I haven't seen much of him besides him dominating. Does he always look this good?

Totally impartial, LeBanner is one of my favorite fighters, but usually yes. To see him knock out Goodridge, one of the hardest punchers in K-1 in that quick of a timeframe was just amazing.

I was thoroughly amazed. Can you recommend any of his other fights to check out? I think I may change my pick to win the GP. Of course I am rooting for Semmy to win but Jerome is a definitely a BAMF.

LeBanner vs Hunt is a great one, from the 2002 GP. He also fought a grand battle for the championship that year agaisnt Hoost, but the outcome was yet another GP title for Hoost, making it 4 total.. overtaking the prolific Peter Aerts for most GP titles.

Come to think of it, the entire 2002 GP finals were great, he KOed Musashi in the second round, leading up to the rest of the bouts.
