---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Carlos Newton did not look like he came prepared for this fight."
"Hermes Franca is cornering Garcia"
"Tae-hyeon Lee landed a knee to the mid-section of Yamamoto forcing him to turtle up in the corner. Lee finished with weak strikes but the ref stopped it anyway. Fishy."
"Kim actually kneed Minowa to the head on the ground. The ref stepped in to stop the action and Kim thought he won, he actually got a yc. Kim looked better at striking. He was forcing Minowa into the corners, popping him in the head, and kicking him before the ref stopped the fight. Minowa wasn't ready to quit."
"Galesic threw a 1-2 LHK. The LHK openned up Kin's eyelid in a bad way. Kin actually thought he was poked in the eye and asked the ref to stop it. It was the kick. He was in pain when the doctor was cleaning the cut."
"Silva didn't even get one punch off standing. The action was broken once and they were stood. Yoon didn't waste any time putting it on the mat. He got mount several times before he threw the Dongbar."
"Akiyama got the full rubdown by the ref."
"Kang and Akiyama traded through the first half of the first round. Akiyama caught Kang and cut his nose. Kang was continuously trying to get the blood out of his eye and blinking."
"Akiyama got Kang in the corner hit him with a right upper and the lights were off. He hit him with a small left hook while Kang was slumping down and knocked his mouthpiece out."
"I heard Kang say he couldn't see after the fight."
WOW, i dont think kang lost because hes not good, i just think Akiyama is a BEAST.

Not the greates line-up of fighters but a great card due to the matchups. Good action, though the refs definitely were playing it safe. Even the two undercard fights were fun to watch.
I give the fight of the night to Daisuke Nakamura and Kwon Ah-sol. Kwon looked like he was going to take it in the first round and even showed some flashes of dominance in the third. He strangely stopped throwing kicks which were highly effective against Nakamura. The fight was a bloodbath with both fighters showing extreme determination. I've seen Kwon fight in Spirit MC and this is a young man with a very bright future. Even last night he looked impressive in defeat.

Same here. That fight was war from the start
Poai Suganuma vs Bernard Ackah - This Sugunuma dude looks good on the ground. But i never see Ackah tapped..worthy winner though.
Yoon Dong-Sik vs Fabio Silva - thats one sweet armbar. 2nd best fight of the night.
Kim Min-Soo vs Minowaman - Amazing Minowa hanging in there wif the big boy..and wassup wif Kim using Minowaman's celebration signature?
Not cool man..not cool.
Attn Grrr : Dude, did u attend the event since ure from Korea? Hook us up wif some Korean babes pics will ya? hah!!

Nah, I just saw it on the TV. We get all K1, Pride (used to), UFC, and WWE pay-per-views for free here. Makes you hurt in the wallet to hear that, don't it?
Ackah definitely didn't tap and as strong as he is I thought there was a good chance he would last out the round. That was a BS stop.
Kim Min-soo is a punk. Did you notice all the fans cheering for Minowaman? 99% Korean fans cheering for a Japanese over a Korean. Tells you a lot about how popular Kim Min-soo is.
Did you see how hard Lee Tae-hyun kicked Yamamoto? Dayum! He folded him like a piece of paper!

I love the official name for the method of win on some of those fights...."pounding". Thats awesome.
By the way, wth is a Dongbar?

Mockery of Yoon Dong-Sik's armbar, as it seems to be the only move in his bag of tricks

Good to see my boy Galesic got his first win in Asia!
Also pleased (if a little surprised) to see Akiyama get such a decisive victory! He's definately gonna be one to keep an eye on in the future!
Anyone got any idea of a next opponent for him? Maybe a rematch with Saku sometime next year?

Gomi or Sakurai would both be great. Sakurai seems to have slipped away from the UFC, just recently fought in a Shootboxing event.
