I thought that one default avatar wasn't enough for all the members, and until they earn enough points to buy one in the avatar request thread or the signature thread, I would start a photobucket account they could have their pick of many.

Of course there will be no exclusivity to these like the ones purchased in the aforementioned threads, but it gives newbies a decent start until they earn some points.

Great idea, if I had the skills of making good looking signatures and avatars I'd help out but as you can see from my sig below, I'm not what they would call "gifted".

Your sigs is one of my favorites on FF, Kent. It doesn't need the razzle dazzle cause it has substance.

And like I stated before, they do not need to be custom made. If you find a funny pic on the internet, crop and/or resize it down to 80x80 and post it here. If you see a good gif somewhere, resize it yourself or go to gifworks.com and resize it and post it. The more the merrier.

Remember, the whole point of this is to populate the selection of images available to members who cannot afford a custom made one because they are new to the site or are not very accurate in their wagers, like myself.

Right click the image and select "Save image as" to save it to your PC. Choose a location like your desktop so it will be easy to find. Then click the UserCP link in the navbar at the top of the page. Select Edit Avatar on the right. Scroll down and click the browse button. Find the file on your PC and then you are good to go.
