I have been working as a moderator for quite some time now, and somehow lots of new members do neither use the Search, nor do they read the "FightForum.com Related" forum section, they rather create new topics that cover already-exisiting topics or they send private messages to the staff (to be honest with you, it gets somewhat annoying, if you got to answer the very same question two dozen times in PMs when it is already explained on the forums visible to everybody). So, for everybody who is having questions concerning how everything is working on here, I decided to list some important threads you just need to click on, and most of your answers should get answered quickly.

I have a question.

A member in the training section has inquired about losing bodyfat. Now is it ok to refer him to a website that in no way I am affiliated with? his website has qualified Phd's who give science based answers. I currenty am a student at Humber College, Toronto, Canada - Health and Fitness Promotion - and I feel that this website can indeed provide some valuable information - dieting, routines, etc..

I was thinking of another thread, like maybe you guys can have like fighter of the week, or fighter of the month, something like that. it would be cool to see who everyone votes for, maybe make it a poll with a deadline, and then confirm a final "fighter of the week" or "fighter of the month" Maybe other polls like "strongest" "best striker" , " best ground game", stufff like that. Just throwin some cool ideas i think would be cool for everyoen to see.
