What music do you listen to to get pumped up to fight/lift/ect.

Mine has to be the tito ortiz music he hade vs. Shamrock.

Just because of the lyrics in the song.... i gotta say

Only One -- by Slipknot

I mean come on when it comes to UFC... give me one line of any song that beats " Only one of us walks away" which is coincidentally the chorus of the song.

And even though they suck now, i would give my honorable mentions to Bad Habit by the Offspring, and Nobody Loves Me by Limp Bizkit.

"Sailing" by Christopher Cross, "Mandy" by Barry Manilow, "There Coming to America" by Neil diamond. The last song is great for the Shooto fighters coming to the UFC.

"Heartache Tonight" by the Eagles, because it starts with that "Somebody's gonna hurt someone / Before the night is through" thing. I was also thinking "Let's Get it On" would be good entrance music.
