the only bad part about these videos is that they are old. i am not sure when they were filmed but i know that it was'nt yesterday. i am sure the information is sound but if its in video format your going to be getting alot of redundancy. "lets show that technique again!!!". nothing like seeing Chuck throw a right straight for 10 minutes.

Yeah, old but still effective. BJJ is old, but the same techniques are used every time we watch MMA or grappling. My problem was that most of the ones I wanted were sold out already LOL!
