Kill Bill 1 & 2 made me want to fight
....but shortly afterwards I returned back to my shy, introverted, and passive ways. But seriously, when I first saw them, I was so rooting for Uma Thurman. Is the 5--palm exploding heart technique real? I know the movies are a couple of years old now, but really, they were so avant guarde for their time. I love seeing girls kick some ass. A couple of my female friends could break skulls if they want to, and although this will anger some, they could kick anyones ass when I am out with them.
I guess I'm just in awe of people who fight. I haven't a fighting bone in my body. I think this place makes me feel as if well, I'm tough

I really like these movies too. I hear they're going to edit both parts into one two hour film and re-release it into theatres. I think that's a stupid idea.
Tarantino also has plans for multiple other films based on these characters. He's currently developing an animated feature about Bill's team of assassins in the days before the wedding massacre.

I heard that Tarantino was making a movie based on the Vega brothers. I hope that comes out soon because it would be amazing I think.

Best scene by far is when she faces the crazy 88 and absolutely slaughters all of them. "Those of you lucky enough to still be alive may leave. But leave the limbs you have lost. They belong to me now".

Sean you are so cute your post is very funny. Real Kung Fu is very fluid and unusual. Uma did a great job intimating techniques and of course the editing was unreal !!

That would be nearly all the first half, and hardly any of the second half then.
No I kid, I liked both halves, but the first was the better one.

But you know what Corey? If they belonged to her, why didn't she take the limbs with her?

Lots of people didn't like the second half as much. They were just different genres the second one was based more on a Western structure (Western as in cowboys and outlaws and Clint Eastwoood -- I don't mean the opposite of Eastern), and a lot of people wanted to see another straight-up Samurai flick.
