Pulver talks WEC and featherweight division

Former UFC lightweight champion Jens 'Little Evil' Pulver makes the move from the UFC to the WEC and from the lightweight division to the featherweight division on September 5, when he takes on Cub Swanson at WEC 30 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Pulver spoke with MMAWeekly about the transition and the state of the WEC featherweight division.

Personally I can't wait to see Jens fight at 145lbs. I don't think he can take Faber but he'll make for some good fights. Hopefully UFC will give the featherweights some thoughts, they are fast and exciting fights/fighters.

Thanks for the interview post twigz. I really like Jens, and I want him to do well. I am not sure he will after seeing him against BJ Penn, though. He looked terribly slow and tentative. I hope that was just out of the respect he had for Penn's skills. I am worried Jens may be about done.

I hope I am wrong, and I hope Jens gets to have some GREAT fights and make himself some money too.
