The Buscape-Glover fight is off and a new fight is going to take place to determine who will be fighting in the first PRIDE Bushido show in 2006.

Michiharo Omigawa v Gesias Calvancanti

According to Sherdog, Omigawa is 0 - 1, that loss being to Aaron Riley at Pride Bushido 7

Calvancanti is 6 - 1 - 1, his only loss being to Joachim Hansen back in 2004.

I don't know anything about either fighter, but going on record alone I would have to go with Calvancanti to win this one.

Anyone any thoughts on this fight?

I watched Riley KO Omigawa at Bushido 7. I can't say much about the other dude. Omigawa trains with Yoshida so he has a damn good ground game.
