The rare promos that I am coming across seems to center on Megadeth performing as much as MMA fights. And that's a shame with the card they are presenting. I happen to be a big Megadeth fan, but the last thing I need to see in the middle of this PPV is a 20 minute set from them.

i feel the same way. I like Megadeth as well and i just don't see the metal/MMA connection. Let the fights sell themselves and don't try to push a certain genre of music with it. I suppose it goes with the whole skull and bones theme that Affliction has over used already.

in a way you are paying to see them. Part of your ppv cost is going to go to them. I feel that the card is great, probably the best one any promotion has put together in quite some time and can speak for itself.

ugh, ive called all of them already, but affliction is going down as well... This effort is so weak... Its such a shame because step I is getting a great card which they have.. but step II, which pride couldnt do either, was getting enough people to know about it... A HUGE monetary backing is needed from the start to invest millions in MARKETING!!! without it, the rest seems to be useless..

I'm glad to hear some people are getting them. I received an e-mail from Affliction today advertising their new shirts. I was going to be really pissed if nobody was getting these kits and we're all getting spam instead. I will remain patient.

Well I didn't get mine in time  I moved out of my college housing which I had the stuff shipped too.. oh well. No use in ordering more stuff for the small town that I'm from. People that want to watch Affliction will probably be over my house that night anyway :-p

This kind of reminds me of Pride. They're putting on a major theatrical show. I can hardly wait for the PPV.
