That just about says it all for me.
I like Tanner and I like Horn, so this will be a bitter sweet fight either way.

Horn vs Tanner
I think this is the fight of the night that I'm most excited for. It has the potential technically that the Marquardt/Salaverry fight did but these guys are going to go at it. Can't wait to watch this one. I think this is an important fight for Tanner obvisously coming off two losses.
Also interesting, they're both listed as 185lbs. Is Horn planning on staying in the MW division? Franklin vs Horn?

Horn fought Prangley at MW. I don't know that we'll see a Franklin/Horn fight, I think they run in the same circles trainingwise.

I think horn will take that fight with him submitting Tanner lets say 2nd round, and if Horn did fight Rich he would get stomped on like he did when he fought chuck

From what I've been reading lately (nothing expressly said, just some things implied) Horn still corners some of his friends but doesn't train at Militech anymore. Not %100 sure though, something in grappling magazine talking about Militech's gym listing who trains there and it said "formerly Jeremy Horn", stuff like that. Anyone else hear anything about that?
Oh yeah, forgot about the Prangley fight. Seems like wether he fights at MW or LHW that he's not going to be a title threat then. I doubt he's going to get another fight with Chuck and if he and Rich won't fight then I guess he's just going to be a gatekeeper while he's in the UFC. I love watching him fight though. He makes for some great match ups, like this one.

Yeah I agree, I think he'll be a watchful eye over whatever weight class he's in. Although his fight with Prangley was less than stellar but I think he was still suffering from the beating Chuck handed out. Your also correct that Horn hasn't been with Miletech but both those guys train with Billy Rush and a few other common links. Kinda along the lines of how the TUF2 coaches were supposed to fight at one time until Franklin beat Tanner and took the belt and also became coach.

Bummer. Sherdog is reporting that Jeremy Horn has withdrawn from his scheduled UFC bout with Evan Tanner due to a back injury. The hot rumor has Ivan Salaverry, who the UFC released last August, replacing Horn against Tanner.

That will still make a good match. I will go with my boy ET in this one. Ivan has a ton of talent, but I want a good old fashioned Tanner GnP.

I don't know why the UFC management is so conserned with IFL, It's not like there gonna get TV time or outbuy UFC events, it's frigin ridiculous. Anyhow, I hope they sign salaverry again, so he can show them what they were missing.

The IFL is in talk with several major networks for TV time. Also, the company that owns the IFL is either on par with or bigger than Zuffa. They have plenty of hype and big names, why WOULDN'T the UFC be concerned?

the IFL was really close to signing a deal to be shown weekly on fox sports net on cable and the only reason it fell through or hasnt come together is because zuffa and the ufc threated to sue them if they aired the shows due to their lawsuit pending against the ifl.

ok lets see where anyone saw a link on that... so they would show IFL and PRIDE huh.... the setup of the IFL screams grade D fighting and i have little to no interest in it compared to PRIDE and the UFC
