10 week fight camp.

I would like some input on a 10 week fight camp towards a amature muaythai fight.
5x3 min rounds. I`m 38 years of age and have to cope with job, family and life in general.
I am generally in the gym about 5 times a week. Conditioning is ok but needs a boost as well.
Morning or evening runs is no problem.
So my question is this: how would YOU spend the 10 weeks?
First 5 weeks focusing on technique, pads, heavybag and the last 5 weeks on sparring and conditioning.
