Frank Trigg and ROTR-8
Frank "Twinkle-toes" Trigg defeated Ronald "The Machine Gun" Jhun at the January 20th, 2006 Rumble on the Rock 8 (ROTR-8) MMA event in the Hawaii based MMA promotion Rumble World Entertainment. Both Trigg and Jhun were coming off a couple of bad losses. Trigg had lost to Matt Hughes and George St-Pierre in his last two fights.
Jhun has fought a lot in the lower promotions with a 23-16-2 record. This is a pretty good win for Frank Trigg to start his come-back to the UFC. I certainly hope that he will come back and compete in the UFC. Maybe he has other plans. Who knows? Other fighters have been returning. Maybe all Trigg needs is a few solid wins...
