Exclamation Don't forget to check out IFL tonight

The second episode of the International Fight League premieres tonight, May 28th, on Fox Sports Net stations throughout the United States. On this week's IFL show, Renzo Gracie's Pitbulls team is matched up against Maurice Smith's Tiger Sharks team.

On last week's installment of the IFL, Pat Miletich's Silverbacks defeated Bas Rutten's Anacondas, four fights to one. The two winning teams will face each other on June 3rd, and those fights will air on June 4th.

The national timeslot for the IFL's one-hour broadcast is 6:00 PM local time, but that varies on some FSN affiliates due to preemptions for local sports. Here is the schedule for the IFL's second show. It's a little bit different than it was last week, with more stations airing the show in its normal timeslot. Times may vary slightly for satellite TV subscribers.

First off, the show airs in its national timeslot of Sunday at 6:00 PM local time if your area has one of the following Fox Sports Net affiliates:

FSN New York, FSN Chicago, FSN Bay Area, FSN Detroit, FSN Florida, FSN Midwest, FSN New England, FSN Ohio, FSN Pittsburgh, FSN Rocky Mountain, FSN North (Minnesota and Wisconsin), FSN Southwest (except for Dallas and San Antonio), and FSN Northwest

If your local FSN affiliate is not on the list above, then please see the list below for the debut time in your area.

-FSN West: Sunday, May 28th at 5:00 PM Pacific

-FSN South: Sunday, May 28th at 7:00 PM Eastern

-FSN Arizona: Sunday, May 28th at 5:30 PM Mountain-Arizona

-Comcast Mid-Atlantic: Sunday, May 28th at 12:00 AM Midnight Eastern (technically Monday morning)

-FSN Southwest (for Dallas and San Antonio): Tuesday, May 20th at 2:00 AM

The listings above are only for the first airing of this week's IFL episode on each FSN affiliate. If you want to know the various replay times throughout the week for each FSN affiliate, go to www.ifl.tv

This episode was ok. I always enjoy any MMA action on cable, so I'll take it.

That being said, I enjoyed the first episode quite a bit more. This one was a little tougher to watch, as there were a couple the refs left on the ground for too long.

I'm ready to see the final though.
