Default Junior Silva v Eric Pele @ Bodog

http://www.bodogfight.com/ppv

This is happening at the finals for the USA v Red Devils card, should be a war! Ive not seen any of Pele's fights but judging by his record he's a bit of a monster. I still think Silva will be too much for him tho.

Silva by TKO, rd 1

i was just reading that Silva is going to be training at American Top Team
http://www.americantopteam.com/news_...sArticleID=201
could this mean a possible UFC fight? Silva is 300lbs. but with training he might be able to make the HW weight limit.

The best part of Bodog was the women's fight.

That was a terrible event.

Pele practically jumped out of the ring to not get knocked out,and then is inside of Silva's half guard landing nothing and the ref stops the fight.Terrible.

The Chalangov and Prangley fights were ok though.

You never know what's going to happen in an MMA event. Silva was on his way to a KO and Pele landed one shot that put him down. Two hard shots on the ground and the ref stopped it. Silva was showing that his mouth and nose were not even bleeding, but the shots were to the side of the head. Refs gotta make that split second decision, and he did what he thought was right. Sorry way for Silva to get his first loss though.

Damn Im sad to hear Junior lost, Id gathered from the Sherdog report that there was some controversy about the fight.
