Anyone see BodogFight yet? or this Combat league thing?
Watched the Bodog last nite. ummm, yeah not good.
Production was poor, sound quality was off...just a bad, bad scene.
They have a ways to go.
But as for that Combat league, what the F is that? Teams from different cities in the US? Basically Kickboxing/Brawling w/o a ring. Pretty interesting stuff. Was on late by me, maybe 11 pm on some random channel
Anyone see this yet? or Bodog ?

Wrong forum, but I've seen them both. Bodog Fight was OK, gloves looked huge though.

That Combat League looked interesting....hot chicks who kick azz doesn't hurt i guess.

It's ok, it's kinda weird. But I like all combat sports, and it's made by Chuck Norris. How could you go wrong?

Search Function should get you some results. World Combat League is the Chuck Norris kickboxing promotion you are thinking about. I had tickets to go see it in Austin but I was sick that weekend. I don't get Versus so I cant watch it on TV but from what I have seen on youtube its pretty much just point sparring, not even full contact kickboxing. Quite dissapointed, really.

Aw, that's so disapointing. I go from Chuck Norris' kickboxing to point sparring. Le sigh. Big build up, bigger let down =(

The format is equally bizarre, its like 1 three minute round. Then the next fight and soforth until they get back to the first team which goes another 3 minutes. The point system was made to keep fighters from stalling but it basically turns into a wild game of windmill punch tag.

yea its pretty crazy to watch, just saw the 1 episode tho. looked like a packed house in mohegan sun i believe. the girl fight was the best fight of the nite ! lol
