Which brings PoE Trade to Path of Exile 2 then, which was announced over the weekend during the annual ExileCon event. GGG are pulling a bit of an Overwatch two with this one. Path of Exile 2, while being a numbered sequel, is actually a gigantic free growth for the original Path of Exile. PoE will be receiving a large overhaul when PoE2 drops, and each of the content will be playable in one titanic bundle.
The core lure of Path of Exile two is the addition of an all-new seven-act narrative which will take place some 20 years after the finale of the original game. It is going to be available together with the initial PoE campaign with both major toward the Atlas endgame. Together with the newest narrative content, PoE2 will retain all of the content from the first game and its countless expansions, as well as introducing a new skill system, ascendancy classes, and engine improvements. There'll be a grand total of 19 new ascendancy courses to master, while a new skill gem system adds much further depth to character builds.
Unfortunately, you have got some wait on your hands till you can actually play Path of Exile 2. Grinding Gear Games has stated a beta test won't be prepared before late 2020 at the earliest, so we'd expect a correct launch at some point in 2021. GGG will last to release expansions for the first Path of Exile every 3 weeks between now and then, and will continue to do so after the launching of PoE2.
Path of Exile lovers have plenty to look forward to in the long run, such as a newly-announced"experimental" cellular variant of the action-RPG. While the original game still keeps an energetic (and growing) playerbase, an upcoming sequel is about the Cheap PoE Currency way alongside a lot of other improvements that fans of this series can look ahead.
