Default NO2 and CE2

I've been taking this combination, it seems to help, but does anyone have any suggestions for some equally or more effective alternatives that won't hit the wallet quite as hard?

Not really. NOX-CG3 from Xyience has NO2 and creatine plus a few kinds of glutamine to aid in recovery, but it's pretty expensive. Different wholesale supplement websites sell it cheaper than GNC or Xyience themselves, though, so google it and compare prices to find deals.

go with white blood for the NO and green bulge for CEE... MRI charges way to much for the garbage they put out, muscletech is the same way with there nitro/cell-tech crap...

when it comes to supplementation the sky is the limit in terms of how much you could spend. to keep it basic stick with a quality Whey protein powder along with Creatine and a good multi-vitamin. its a combination that has proven effective an its not nearly as expensive as some of the newer products out there. the bottom line is that you still have to work out hard to see results. Bruce Lee built his body using very basic supplementation. he's proof that you don't need the latest products to get results.

bruce lee is a genetic freak lol.... im not big on whey protein powder, just eat chicken or steak! or good sources of protein that still taste good... i love no2, but you cant use it all the time (have to cycle off) and its WAY too expensive....... definently works with power lifts and results... not too much with cardio though

i've also been looking at all the new products out there but have been reluctant to buy based on the price of the stuff. the protein powder/Creatine stack has proven effective and its cheap which is the only reason i mentioned it. i have seen some stuff by a company called BSN, who have Ronnie Coleman Mr Olympia as thier spokemsman, i have to believe the stuff works but i can't fathom spending hundreds of dollars a month on the stuff.

i totally agree about the amount things cost.... i have been trying nitro2 which is like NO2 but a little more potent and i think it works fantastic.... i really hate spending the money for it... i feel like i lift more easily, can do more reps, sets and weight, get bigger.... although i believe it has no impact on cardio.

Ron gets over 1 million to be the spokesperson... BSN is good stuff but he doesnt use it, once it gets into the top 5 im amature bodybuilding and above they all juice. Your body has a natural limit to what it will grow to so at some point it will not produce much muscle and if it does it will be at a very slow rate... pretty much all of the pros juice most of the year, you should see there off season pics when the HGH makes their organs swell and they have perfectly cut abs over a big gut... its gross.

in time the price of the stuff will come down. i could'nt believe how much regular creatine monohydrate used to cost and now its so cheap. the same with whey protein.

i have seen offseason pics of the top bodybuilders. not exactly the picture of health in most cases. i personally am only looking to improve my body for becoming a better fighter and i know that lot of bulky muscle won't help. swollen organs don't sound like they're a good idea in a fighter either. loos like i am sticking to the basics.

Well the side effect of HGH (Human Growth Horomone) is certain parts becoming over developed... To use Ronnie as a perfect example, next time you see his offseason pic look at how his bone structure and how his cheek bones kinda pop out like there to big compared to the rest of his face, its because HGH also makes your bones grow...

i have heard many times that the people who are top bodybuilders like Ronnie suffer from a sort of reverse anorexia. they have a disease that makes them want to be as huge as possible without really caring about their health. i think i am going to stick with what i know, a basic protien drink and creatine.
