Default anybody ever use this xyience

XM2 - Strawberry at SupplementWarehouse.com: Atkins Diet, Fat Burner, Vitamin C, Vitamin E

I found it and looks to be a good supplement for a quick morning breakfast.Sounds like it gets you body off to a good start and i wont feel weighed down from a breakfast during morning workouts.

Water, milk espically on a cutting diet is a big no no.

2%, whole, skim, it matters very little, its not milk fat content that makes it bad, its the lactose and sugar's/carbs. If your not trying to cut weight, then i would say skim always, but when trying to cut, avoid milk.

This exact brand no, if you are famaliar with Muscle Milk it is basically a exact duplicate of MM.

Lemme start first by saying, if it promises you great taste, its probably ****, good protein or anything of the sort, will not taste good.

Good taste=sugar which you want to avoid, muscle milk is **** other then the taste and this is the exact same, even down to the indgre's, i would not waste your money.

By all means, if you want to try it go ahead, im just giving ya some heads up before ya spend the money on it.

You could use it as part of a PWO meal, but it is full of fillers and basically a lot of junk you do not need.
