It really depends on height and body structure, how tall are you?

8 st 14 lb is 9 stone lol

As for average weight, theres none, the average weight say in africa would be like 30 lbs, in the US its around 300 lbs so go by your height and your overall fitness levels.

You joke, but the average weight in the U.S. probably is 300 lbs. Thank you, high fructose corn syrup and conveniently priced fast food! Thank you for making everyone fat and diabetic.

I would say the average 16 year old is about 5'9-5'11 and weighs between 150 and 165. I have no clue what that is in stones, or whatever. It really just depends on your body type though because I know 16 year olds that are 5'1 and 105 lbs, and I know 16 yr olds that are 6'4 and 205 lbs.

No, I think a lb is the same everywhere, and yeah -- there are 2.2 to a kg.

If your thinking about should's for your own body, your really looking for validation from outside. And even if you go through a long emo / morrissey period, no one is really going to provide that.

What I'm trying to say is - just work towards improving your fitness. By all means tailor your goals to what you have to work with or what your aiming for but don't think of others opinions of your abs.

(Not that I'm particularly good at this or anything)
