some guy was telling me about this at a GNC... i guess i still dont get what exactly it does and am kinda sketched about it, does anyone know what it actually does or that has tried it? i think ill just stick to eating lots of good meat : )

It does...... nothing worth the $ especially when GNC charges double what other stores do... I went in there to buy my multi and it was 48$ in there and I get the same thing online for 18$.
