its just a weight gain powder, in other words lots of calories. if you're already working out and noticing a drop in bodyfat but no gains in lean mass you may want to consider a product like this, or you could just eat more regular food. however the 3 goals you wish to attain will require more of a lifestyle change as opposed to one supplement.

thats true, you cant eat fastfood three times a day.

Im back

My brother bought some of this stuff thats made by GNC called Mass XXX. It is supposed to put on mass, and has a ton of protein, but for someone looking to drop a little fat, tone up, and also put on a little mass, is this good? Will this stuff add fat along with the mass it gives you. I am looking to get my muscles a bit bigger and more toned up, so should I take this stuff, or should I drop by GNC and just get something simple like Whey protein?

If your diet and lifting is good, then you might be able to maintain the muscle you have.

Bulking up on muscle while dropping weight/fat is something i have never seen anyone be able to achieve.

Usually its best to drop the fat then start to try to bulk some, the only downside is the weight you spent all the time getting off, a little will come back, but then you can just maintain your muscle and drop that fat.

As far as gaining muscle while losing weight, if you figure out a way let me know lol.

Yeah I run on the the eliptical and treadmill as well as soing full course of weight excersizes and ab workouts. I might just stick to my whey protein.

Its actually difficult to both "bulk up" with extra muscle while burning off your excess body fat at the same time. Lots of serious body builders do it in phases where they try to gain muscle then after a period of time, will cut body fat while trying to maintain their muscle gains.

For the more casual weight lifters or people just trying to get back into shape, it should be easy enough to burn off some fat while gaining some lean muscle but not like you see in magazines and what not.

That depends on how many calories you burn and the way in which you burn them. If you're lifting regularly and getting some cardio in, there's less chance that those calories will just go to your gut. They haven't made a supplement yet that'll give you muscle while you sit on the couch.

Will it put on fat with all those calories?
