Default I Got My NOX-CG3 Today

I just ordered my first Xyience product. Does it work better, or am I a fool?

Haven't tried it, but much of what I have read says quality powder creatine monohydrate is all you need, not all these fancy maleate etc.etc. Same for Arginine and Glutamine. You could likely buy bulk powder, mix it yourself and save some $$$$. Optimum Nutrition and Ultimate Nutrition brands creatine and glutamine can be found very inexpensive on the web. Generally NOW brand Arginine is the cheapest. I don't know if we are allowed to mention where we buy stuff on this forum or not. I generally use DPS as overall they are cheaper. Also use AllStarHealth.com for certain things.

If telling sites where we buy isn't allowed will some Mod please just edit those parts out of my post? Thank you, and no offense intended.

I love the stuff. First time I tried it, it took me by suprise with the awesome effect it has on your breathing. Kind of hard to explain, but if it has the same effect on you, you'll know what I mean! The great oxygen flow gives me better stamina...

overall i rate it a 7 out of 10... it helps for sure, but not a ton... regardless anything that helps ALOT is horrible for you.... its a good slow and steady way to get bigger, stronger and more endurance
