Exclamation Anyone Here Get Gout?

i need some help because this crap hurts like all hell. i want to get bulked up a bit but i have to watch my protein intake. the local GNC has some herbal stuff but i dont want to waste more money on something that someone that never had gout recommends. does anyone out there know anything about preventing gout while having a high protein intake?
