i have used various products that claim to increase free testosterone in the body but had mixed results. i never felt any effect and the cost was'nt worth it for me. also, people under 25 should'nt need such products as young men produce enough test. on their own without taking supplements unless your body has a natural deficiency.

Not to mention, that's a pro-hormone. It's basically a low grade oral steroid. I would steer clear.

i would like to add something else here. supplements such as these might have the potential to build muscle quickly but they do nothing to enhance the strength of slower growing tendons and ligaments. for me the tissue that holds your muscle to your skeleton and connects joints is far more important then having huge muscles. in fact, by strengthening muscles quickly without taking into consideration the connective tissue you may be setting yourself up for serious injury. Hard work and healthy living make for athletes that can excel in sports for the long term.

i wouldn't use it either, unless i was a teenager again. i saw a physician on Oprah or Dr. Phil once who said that stuff in adolescents could make them more well endowed. Just think, I could go from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch...lol.

Crashti is right guys. In High School Powerlifting, there was this guy in my weight division that was doing the same thing. He would out lift everyone by at least 100 pounds on every lift and everyone knew he was juicing but no one could prove it. (I don't know what happened with school drug testing with him and how he got by it) During his first squat attempt his legs buckled and his knees shot out horizontally. His knees didn't just bend the wrong way they broke and bent like and "L". Definately not worth it.
