Default Apple Cider Vinegar. TRY IT OUT!!

I have been using apple cider vinegar in my morning shakes now for several weeks. While i can't directly link it to my weight loss or overall feeling of great health i say try adding it to your supplement list. Its fairly inexpensive and i feel worth the money.
Bragg Live Foods Apple Cider Vinegar

I used to do the same and was actually thinking about starting it up again the other nite. I think it's a pretty thing.

I actually stopped using it for the last week. I just kept forgetting to add it to the mix. Strangely enough i began feeling under the weather. I added it back in force two days ago and feel much better again. Coincidence? I'm not taking any chances.

Apple cider vinegar was just one of the ingredients. Since taking this regularly i have'nt even had a sniffle. Usually this time of year i am fighting a sinus infection or sore throat.

its not alot. On the Bragg's brand it tells you how much. If my memory is correct its only a 1/2 tablespoon 4 times a day. You can drink it with water, a shake or even use it as a salad dressing.
