i can comment on the Omega 3 supplement. ideally you want a supplement that has a good ratio of Omega 3's, 6's and 9's. Fish oil is always mentioned first but you can get equal nutrition from Flax seed oil. its a vegetarian alternative to fish oil. ever sit down and wonder how they extract fish oil? not something i really want to think about.
as for Vitamins, you can take a multi. However i have gone without mine for a few months now and feel better then ever. In its place i force myself to eat quality fruits and vegetables along with my Dr. Schulze's Superfood plus. i feel that combination works better then any multivitamin on the market.
