i wish my shopping list looked like that. I eat pretty well but not anywhere near that well. Excellent choices with the exception of the energy drinks. I know, i love them too and like you will deal with the 100 calories as opposed to dealing with artificial sweetners. You may want to consider Yerbe Mate or Green Tea as a replacement.

Thanks. Because I only eat what I get from the supermarket bar a hot dog I had two days ago and my protein shakes. I get the energy drinks I normally have 2 per week as some times you just need to have something sweet ya know?
Whats Yerbe Mate?

Yerbe Mate is a tea. Its inexpensive but has an effect similar if not better then sugar filled energy drinks.

Guayaki Organic Yerba Mate, sustainable, fair trade, kosher, rainforest grown, shade grown, energy drinks
