You wanna take feeling freaking Awesome...this is it! It's like a happy pill and speed mixed together...lol. Though, I have never taken speed...the way it makes me feel reminds me of the old days when I took 2 ephedrine, an aspirin and Vivarin. Good stuff and I was full throughout the morning. You can also add 2-3 cubes of ice to slush it up a bit too.
This sounds good!! I just can't give up my caffiene and this could be a great replacement for those lousy energy drinks.

Dude it hits on all 8 cylinders...good stuff...might want to add some vanilla flavor...the coffee is a little bitter.

I recently learned of a new alternative for adding coffee to your smoothies. Instead of adding instant coffee grounds you take and brew whatever flavor of coffee you like and then you pour it into ice cube trays and freeze. Then just simply pop out a few cubes and throw them into the blender with the rest of your smoothie.

Hey guys, sorry to poop your party, but I recently found this:

Creatine should always be taken with caffeine-free beverages, such as water, fruit juice or warm tea (which improves solubility). Make sure you take the creatine with enough fluids (rule of thumb: 1 g creatine/100 mL fluids).
The creatine drink should always be prepared fresh and drunk on the same day since creatine does not stay stable for long in liquids.

(Technical Data)

Creatine and Caffeine

Taking high doses of caffeine (5 mg per kg body weight per day) at the same time as creatine negates the ergogenic (performance-enhancing) effect of creatine. Small amounts of caffeine (e.g., 1-2 cups of coffee) appear not to negatively influence creatine’s effects.
Im going to be adding to this thread quite a lot around september/october time cause im going to buy 6kg of unflavoured whey protein for £55! so im going to need to make it delicious somehow!
