Default Meals, Food Items

I need to come up with a list of, food items, that are perferably health. I can't really think of anything. I'm trying to gain weight, and I'd perfer complex carbs. And stuff that isn't super expensive either.

Tuna, Chicken Breasts, Lean ground sirloin, turkey, salmon...are some great meats. Pork Tenderloin is lean too, as in roast beef lunch meat. Whole grain pastas are what you want too. Brown rice/whole grain rice. Ground flax seed...hodgons mill makes it ground and milled for $1.82 in the grocery section. Canned/bagged veggies. Raw veggies. Fruits, etc. Remember 1/4 of raw fruits calories are burned in the digestion process. Also, this month's issue of Mens Health has 50 healthy, protein packed meals...that are relatively easy to make. Derek Jeter's on the cover. And, you need a Good Whey Protein. I like Iss Whey Matrix, but honestly the Meijers brand is pretty decent too. Buildingbrawn.com has the iss for 35 bucks a 5 lb. Good Luck Bro.

Get a large bowl.
Put in one cup of PB and put it in the mircowave untill its melts and soft. Add 1-2 cups of oats, a 1/2 cup of group LSA and two egg yolks. In a blender mix 8 scoops of protien power with 1-1.5 cups of skim milk, soy milk or water. Pour the protien mix into the large bowl slowly and sir together.
Put mix in the fridge and eat at will, I like the taste if you put it into about 8 servings you have about. 300 calories, 28g protien 14 grams carbs and 12 grams fat.
