I am looking for something to take about 30-15 minutes before i lift to get the blood pumping to the muscles to get more reps, or more weight ( with good form)
I heard about this stuff called "Muscle Fuel" anyone know who makes it?? I heard it work great.

i might drink a RedBUll energy drink if i really need a kick in the pants to get going. However i find a good warm-up gets my blood flowing most of the time. something like a brisk jog or 10 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical trainer.

USA muscle marketing ATP Creatine Serum, or any Lactic Acid buffer would help I believe.
These are just pre workout supplements that you only take like 30 minutes before a workout, and the ATP creatine serum is a liquid that you take 5 drops of and your tongue absorbs it and you get the full effects within 10 minutes.

Take 40 grams of Whey protein in the time you suggested before your workout. NOX-CG3 is supposed to be a great pre-workout supplement too. I just take the Whey. Afterwards, I take 20 grams Whey, Glutamine and Creatine mixed together.

This stuff is amazing. Dont let fancy labels fool you into spending more money. This stuff will add a great pump to your workout. The BCAA's are great for building mass (and pump) and the CEE will give you a great pump (and be the bigger force in helping engorge the muscle with blood.) THis stuff sis very cheap too, thatys why i love it. I used to use NOXPLODE but it was overpriced and had a lot of everything but not enough of some of the important ingredients. This stuff is right to the point, and tastes pretty good.

I can definitely recommend NO Explode since it has worked great for me taken in a stack with Kre alkalyn. If you’re interested in something in a pill form White Blood is also a good product. You can find everything I mentioned at a fair price on bodybuilding.com

that stuff can be kind of pricey and there is a load of caf in NO Xplode, not saying caf is bad but some try to avoid it. I have used no xplode in the past and to me it seems that it is very easy to build up a tolerance to it.

My question to you who use the NOX products is this: Is it really effective or does it just make you feel the pump quicker/fuller? I've tried it and absoutley hate it. After one warm up set my muscles were so pumped that I couldn't even perform full reps while doing curls. It really ruined my workout that night. It makes you feel pumped, but how effective is it really?

that gets argued a lot. I have read several peer reviewed articles that state that you cannot orally ingest enough arginine that will really make a difference. MOst of the time when people truly have a their veins enlarged from taking the stuff is when it is takin through in IV in very large doses. Its given to burn victims sometimes to help with nutrient transport. SOme like it, some dont. I used to take similar products with arginine in it btu it didnt seem to do that much for me except give me that pump. BCAA's have worked wonders though when taken in a similar fashion. Let me see if i can dig up an artivle about it.

I have read the actual study before but this one is much easier to read and i dont have time to find the one that David J. Barr wrote in the actual journal. Its a good read.
